Country singer/songwriter Kevin Sharp, left, performed last Thursday in a fundraiser for Starfish Promise Coalition. Sharp, who is a former Make-A-Wish Foundation child, is a cancer survivor who is known for his motivational speaking. Below left, the concert crowd enjoys Straight Away, a band that played before the Sharp performance. Local talent David Alvarez delighted the crowd with his voice to open the evening.
